Miss Susan - Returning for Year 30!

Susan King is the Kindergarten teacher at APCS. She has been in the Asheville area for her entire life. She graduated from Southern Missionary College with a BS in Elementary Education. She first was connected with APCS by wanting her child to attend APCS. She was also asked to teach, which she was honored to do.

     She thinks that her position at APCS gives insight to the fact that teachers at APCS are given the opportunity to share God's love and truth with APCS's precious children and see it grow in their lives.

     While not at APCS, she likes to write songs, garden, read, and refurbish old furniture. She also spends time with her family and friends! She says that something that people would be surprised to learn about her is that she is incredibly shy!
